About the role
Viterra is expanding its regional grower relationship manager team to service its growers across its three regional areas. In this role you will manage grower relationships and promote the use of Viterra&rsquo;s storage and handling services. Reporting to the Senior Grower Relationship Manager and working as a team, the GRM group work closely with our operations managers and teams to build and maintain grower relationships, and connect growers with operations, marketing and commercial and transactional services. Some flexibility of hours may be available outside of peak spring/harvest periods 

Duties
<ul><li>Identify and maintain grower relationships through the CRM</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to promote Viterra storage and handling services</li>
<li>Visit growers to promote storage and handling services and grain marketing options</li>
<li>Provide crop and grower information to the accumulation, trading and operations teams</li>
<li>Enter data into the CRM and encourage others to do the same.</li>
<li>Engage with growers to secure ex-farm deliveries to domestic end-users or to Viterra ports.</li>
<li>Assist in accumulation, contract execution and logistics for ex-farm deliveries.</li></ul> 

About you
