Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to build, monitor and improve campaign reporting across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and other platforms.
  • Support campaign setup and performance tracking, ensuring data accuracy across tools and platforms.
  • Work with data stakeholders to define and implement measurement plans, tracking requirements, and data pipelines.
  • Produce recurring dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics (e.g. CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR).
  • Analyse campaign and customer data to uncover growth opportunities and performance trends.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation – from test design and tracking setup to analysis and recommendations.
  • Help identify and size growth opportunities using internal data, market research, and customer insights.
  • Partner with the wider Data team to automate reporting and scale insights across the Growth function.
