Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with our Strategy team, create and deploy the strategy to mobilise Emerging Creators in Germany, Austria & Switzerland in order to meet Emerging Revenue & Growth targets.
  • Define strategies & operation actions for different creator layers (not going LIVE, have gone LIVE recently, very low income, mid income, etc). Monitor overall revenue growth, and meet monthly targets. Monitor and maintain data structure for the different layers.
  • Coordinate creation & deployment video ads to promote going LIVE against defined layers. Plan, write copy and deploy in-app push notifications to increase Go LIVE rate & monetisation.
  • Create educational plans for Emerging creators. Decide on education types (text, video, webinar, email), create a monthly schedule, and deploy.
  • Build a Emerging Creators Community, decide on the best channel, and be the 'face' of the Community.
  • Create, configure and launch Emerging Campaigns (Competitions) with rewards. Customise campaigns to defined Emerging layers, monitor their effectiveness, tailor campaign tasks and gameplay. Localise campaigns to country's cultural moments.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Product and Marketing to deploy all above activities.
