Responsibilities

  • Sie übernehmen das Supply Chain Management (SCM) am Standort Gunzenhausen und führen sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch Meister- sowie Funktionsbereiche. Dabei tragen Sie die Verantwortung für ca. 130 Mitarbeitende und stellen eine langfristige sowie strategische Personalplanung sicher.
  • Des Weiteren überwachen Sie die Planung sowie Steuerung der gesamten Lieferkette und koordinieren die Abstimmung zwischen Vertrieb, Kundenservice und Produktion.
  • Zudem liegt sowohl die vorausschauende Investitions- und Kapazitätsplanung als auch die Kostenverantwortung für den Bestand in Ihrer Hand.
  • Sie sind Teil der permanenten Optimierung der Logistik- und Fertigungsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen sowie Standorten.
  • Ebenso erarbeiten und überwachen Sie die KPIs.
