Responsibilities

  • Reply to client’s enquiries related to guest experience in a timely manner to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Manage incoming guest arrivals & coordinate check-in instructions, booking confirmations and other relevant pre-arrival information (notice to vacate, early departures, extensions)
  • Ensure professional incident management in line with AltoVita's quality standards & SLA
  • Get acquainted with AltoVita's proprietary technology and contribute to product development for hospitality operators globally or within their region.
  • Proactively contribute to the community building of hospitality operators & supply technology software (quarterly training sessions, content creation, events & conferences, in-person visits)
  • Assist with supply chain management, training & performance optimisation of hospitality partners
