Responsibilities

  • Du bist ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere VIPs und Stammgäste
  • Unterstützung bei der herzlichen Begrüßung / Verabschiedung von unseren (inter)nationalen Gästen
  • Du liest unseren Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab und pflegst unser internes Präferenzsystem
  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Gästebindung in Form von zum Beispiel Enrollments des Marriott Bonvoy Programms
  • Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachabteilungen, wie z.B. Front Office
  • Du verteilst Treatments, schreibst Welcome Cards und kontrollierst Anreisen im System
  • Bei Reklamationen behältst Du den Überblick und kommunizierst souverän mit unseren Gästen
  • Entgegennahme, Weiterleitung und Bearbeitung von Lob und Kritik
  • Mitverantwortung für die Erreichung unserer Ziele im Bereich Gästezufriedenheit
