  • Oversee the daily operations of services in a defined region including geographically dispersed personnel.
  • Perform additional tasks other than supervising include training personnel and ensuring policies and procedures are followed to meet client needs.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports, region service statistics, and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Report to the Program Manager and assist in implementing H2F services across military installations.
  • Communicate effectively, have supervisory experience, be observant of others, and respond to inquiries of a complex nature.
  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
