Responsibilities

  • Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required
  • Supports the development and implementation of the Departments strategic plan, ensuring alignment with objectives and key results
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to define business priorities, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish measurable goals
  • Leads cross-functional working groups to develop and executes strategic initiatives across business units
  • Serves as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, offering data-driven insights and solutions to drive business performance
  • Prepares and delivers high-quality reports and presentations to the executive team and Board of Directors
  • Leads and manages key strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with corporate objectives
  • Leads change management initiatives, ensuring that strategic changes are adopted successfully across the organization
