Responsibilities

  • Internationale und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Als Head of CIO Office werden Sie zukünftig Teil der neu aufzustellenden Gesellschaft und wirken damit in einem in über 50 Ländern tätigen und global vernetzten Team von etwa 4300 Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit.
  • In Ihrer Position übernehmen Sie die Leitung und Steuerung der Abteilung IT-Administration, inklusive der Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für den Bereich.
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Prozessen zur effizienten Verwaltung von IT-Partnerschaften, Lizenzen und für das Anforderungsmanagement für den Einkauf von IT-Dienstleistungen und Produkten.
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass Richtlinien und Vorschriften im Bereich der IT-Administration eingehalten werden.
  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst die Verantwortung für die Definition, Verfolgung und Durchsetzung von Performance-Metriken für externe Partner.
