Responsibilities

  • Identify and tap into sales opportunities by establishing a market presence, as well as assess customer needs through expert consultation.
  • Actively support local sales colleagues, providing direct sales assistance to customers or within the company, especially for technical products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present proposals (technical aspects, timelines, commercial conditions) and follow up on them.
  • Exercise disciplinary and professional leadership over employees, ensuring compliance with legal safety regulations, ordinances, and requirements.
  • Contribute to market studies and customer surveys, conduct competitive analyses, and participate in national and international trade fairs.
  • Participate in technical clarification discussions to ensure customer expectations are met and assess potential costs based on schedule constraints.
  • Potentially: Establish and lead a team for local manufacturing.
