  • You have a proven background in (eco-)toxicology, biology, chemistry or similar
  • You have demonstrable experience in product regulatory affairs (REACH knowledge is required, knowledge of other regulations for e.g. biocides (BPR), food contact materials, cosmetics, is appreciated)
  • You are comfortable leading a team and creating solutions that result in successful project outcomes as well as staff development
  • You exhibit entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour that deliver client and business development at a level that will support the business strategy
  • You are able to successfully manage others to achieve deadlines while dealing with evolving priorities, and project requirements
  • You have a collaborative approach to business development and team management

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of Health Sciences consultants across Spain and Italy.
  • Understanding Ramboll's strategy, vision and distinctiveness and effectively selecting, driving and leading sales to target clients in support of Ramboll's strategic direction, including proposal development.
  • Developing client business relationships, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Becoming a thought leader in identifying regulatory/economic/societal trends and turning these into business opportunities.
  • Mentoring staff to help strengthen overall Health Sciences Spearhead and Service Area, and foster a team approach, especially for Italy and Spain, to project implementation and client development.
