Responsibilities

  • Your role:
  • In your position you will strategically drive the customer experience for ZEISS customers and patients across digital touchpoints, with a focus on the business segments of Medical Technology and Consumer Markets. Together with your cross-functional team of digital experts (product owners, project managers, UX/UI designers, software engineers), you will organize and orchestrate all activities required to further develop and enrich our digital product portfolio (website, customer portal) with value added services. Furthermore, you will be responsible for overseeing all projects undertaken with the business unit and ensuring that experiences are developed in a seamless way, and that cross-project synergies are leveraged.
  • Furthermore, you will:
  • - Take care of the professional development of your team members, as well as setting the product-/project teams in your area of responsibility up for success
  • - Act as “main face to the customer”, i.e. towards our partners from ZEISS segments and end-users, where applicable
  • - Be responsible for aligning budgets for projects and initiatives in your area of responsibility with the respective business owners
  • - Be responsible for aligning strategic roadmaps and implementation timelines and for overseeing the implementation, jointly with dedicated Product Owners and Project Managers
  • - Be responsible for driving the continuous improvement and scaling of the digital products, jointly with our business partners
  • - Work with different internal and external stakeholders e.g. top management, Sales and Marketing, SSCs and external stakeholders like customers, consumers, platform partners to drive necessary transformation to support new businesses
  • - Leading and contributing to strategic (transformation) initiatives, aiming to set up the organization for future success
