  • Define what the best user-centric end-to-end commercial process will look like and drive best practices into global standards
  • Identify the commercial process roadblocks, and co-define solutions with teams involved
  • Lead a functional Operation Specialists team responsible for establishing best practices on ways of working within and between functions, and scaling them across the globe
  • Lead a group of regional ROO Leads who will be trusted business partners for regional leadership and be responsible for bridging the gap between global and regional nuances, executing locally and connecting teams
  • Define the ways of working of the ROO regional leads with the functional OS teams, ensuring collaboration and swift decision-making
  • Translate insights into growth opportunities across GTM teams
  • Provide the Revenue Analytics and Revenue Technology teams with relevant input for their deliverables
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across Adyen to align on revenue growth opportunities
