Requirements

  • * An MBA in Organizational Development, Innovation, Engineering Management or equivalent advanced degree
  • * Minimum 10 years of experience in innovation, strategic, operational roles or change management roles
  • * Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage complex projects in a multi-SBU environment
  • * Demonstrated experience in driving change management, operational efficiency, digitalization, lab safety and standardization initiatives
  • * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels
  • * Familiarity with 5S methodologies, RACI frameworks and Innovation governance processes
  • * Six Sigma certification Experience with Data Management and Digital Transformation
  • * Fluent English language skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee stringent safety measures, chemical storage protocols, building clearances and regulatory compliance across all labs and shared spaces
  • Manage space utilization, equipment sharing and operational efficiency while driving harmonized documentation and processes across SBUs
  • Lead the rollout of 5S initiatives and act as a bridge between digital teams and SBUs to implement tools for knowledge management and operational improvements
  • Establish governance processes for equipment, projects and standards while securing resources, including CAPEX approvals, to meet compliance and project goals
  • Lead and develop the Innovation Excellence team, driving capability building, change initiatives and feedback-based improvements
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensure SBUs derive value from ICD operations and facilitate the exchange of best practices globally
