Responsibilities

  • To lead team and ensure that given KPI is achieved with safe and quality service delivery is in accordance with SeaTec QM and HSE management systems.
  • Support on all Marketing / Sales Campaign along with Sales / Business Development Team.
  • Develop new operation procedures and training together with Team. To assist clients swiftly and promptly with information or other supportive services that may be requested.
  • Support on preparing quotations for Turnkey projects including costing & timeline. Manage turnkey projects and arrangements together with assigned project managers.
  • To assist the various departments swiftly and promptly with information or other supportive services that may be requested.
  • Assign sales KPI to individual Team and Coordinator / Assistant and Admin Team on all process.
  • To make sure that all enquiries are attended promptly, and quotations / purchase order / invoicing process done within timeline given.
  • Support Team Leader, Operations Coordinators and lead discussion with client / supplier. Handle disputes arise on projects / invoice.
  • To ensure prompt communication with the vessels under service.
  • To monitor operating budgets and communicate any reporting issues or overconsumption to the respective vessels in cooperation with Administration Department.
  • Develop and ensure that well organized filing system for operations that permits easy reference and prompt retrieval of information.
  • To ensure all services / repairs / maintenance are carried out in accordance with appropriate and local regulations.
  • To provide out of hours assistance to operations team as per requirements and keep supplier / Client updated on arrangements / progress.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the line manager.
  • Embrace V.Group’s safety culture, report all safety observations to avoid escalation of unsafe acts.
  • Have an overview of Planned Maintenance System and work with the line manager and Maintenance team to ensure equipment is fit for purpose and safe to for use
  • To implement operating standards, policies and procedures
