  • As the Head of People at Accurx, you are the operational backbone of our People function. You play a critical role in ensuring there is clear alignment between organisational priorities and people initiatives.
  • Your role focuses on ensuring we have outcome-driven people practices and a high performing, engaging culture that enables us to transform the way healthcare communicates.
  • Working with the People Team, your key areas of responsibilities include performance management, culture and experience, learning and development, talent management, internal comms, employee relations, policy development, DEI, people MI and people products/systems.
