Mit dem Auf- und Ausbau neuer Teams und deren Positionierung auch in komplexen Unternehmensstrukturen sind Sie bestens vertraut.
Sie haben ein Studium, bevorzugt der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Mit mindestens drei Jahren Erfahrung im einkäuferischen Umfeld, bevorzugt in einer Unternehmensberatung, sichern Sie die notwendige Akzeptanz in Ihrer neuen Rolle.

Responsibilities

Sie verantworten den weiteren Auf- und Ausbau des neu gegründeten Bereichs »Procurement Excellence« mit direkter Berichtslinie an den Ressortleiter Zentraleinkauf.
Sie übernehmen die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Bereichs mit sechs Mitarbeitenden.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt die Erarbeitung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung relevanter Prozesse, Richtlinien, Vorlagen und Standards für Einkaufen und Bestellen sowie das Lieferanten-, Risiko- und Vertragsmanagement (inklusive passender Trainings- und Schulungsangebote).
Sie stellen die Implementierung, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller benötigten IT-Systeme im Einkauf sicher.
Sie versorgen die einkaufenden Einheiten mit allen relevanten Informationen.
Kontinuierlich sichten und bewerten Sie rechtliche und regulatorische Anforderungen mit Relevanz für den Einkauf und operationalisieren notwendige Maßnahmen in Prozessen und Systemen.
Die Weiterentwicklung des Performance Management Systems für den Einkauf fällt ebenso in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
Sie betreuen ausgesuchte Projekte im Zentraleinkauf.
