Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für die Schaffung einer einheitlichen Struktur aller Backlogs der Entwicklungsprojekte
  • einheitliche Auswerteabfragen für die automatisierte Erstellung von Projektreportings
  • Durchführung und Bereitstellung monatlicher, einheitlicher Reports zu Projektfortschritt (Cost, Performance, Timing) sowie zusätzlich definierte Kennzahlen
  • verantwortlich für die Pflege des Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • verantwortlich für Vorgaben zur Leitung von Task Forces / Focus Teams
  • verantwortlich für die Dokumentenerzeugung und regelmäßige Erweiterung des Product Generation and Solution Processes (PSGP) der SMS anhand der entsprechenden Vorgaben (CSOPs) sowie der Schnittstelle zu untergeordneten oder nachfolgenden Prozessen (bspw. Komponentenrichtlinie, Software Release Process oder Engineering Change-Management)
  • Führen und disziplinarische Weiterentwicklung der Projektingenieure als globale Gruppe
