  • sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium im ingenieurtechnischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik (Promotion von Vorteil)
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Halbleiterindustrie oder vergleichbaren Industrien (bspw. Weltraumtechnik)
  • nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Leiten von komplexen agilen und klassischen Projekten
  • Erfahrungen mit datengetriebenem Führen von Organisationen (e.g. KPIs, Metriken, etc.)
  • sehr gute Methodenkenntnisse in Moderation, Motivation, Change-Management und Teamentwicklung

Responsibilities

  • Sie verantworten disziplinarisch, prozessual und fachlich die R&D DUV Engineering Einheit
  • Sie führen, coachen und entwickeln Ihre Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Sie gestalten unser funktionales Zusammenarbeitsmodell und passen bestehende Arbeitsweisen an
  • Sie verantworten die strategisch-technischen DUV Engineering Roadmaps und Initiativen
  • Sie gestalten und führen Ihren Verantwortungsbereich datengetrieben
  • Sie coachen und entwickeln die agilen Fähigkeiten im Team hin zu optimalem Empowerment und höchster Teamperformance
  • Sie schärfen regelmäßig das Profil des R&D DUV Engineering
  • aktuelle Schwerpunkte sind: (i) System Architektur (Layout, Mechanik, Elektrik, Dynamik, Thermal, Flow & Pressure, Kontamination, …), (ii) Peripherie (Media Supply, Power & UPS, …) (iii) Optimierung von Commonality über DUV-Grenzen hinaus
