  • Team Leadership: Lead and champion a small team including strategy, program and project managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Collaborate closely with the DE Finance Director to manage the planning cycles, including budgeting, three-year planning, and reporting. Ensure that financial strategies are aligned with business goals.
