Responsibilities

  • End to End Ensure responsibility including manufacturing maintenance, housekeeping and employee safety of the ODF Block. Prepare plans to ensure the achievement of the budgeted volumes of ODF Block and timely deliverance of product with quality. Compliance to laid standard of the current Good Manufacturing Practices. Co-ordinate for installation and qualification of product equipment. To ensure the maintenance of assets, Equipment, related Utilities and premises. To ensure documentation as per defined procedure. To Co-ordinate validation activities as per Master Validation Plan & Compliance to specifications and validated methods. Review of Standard Operating Procedure, master documents of production and batch documents. Investigate and take appropriate action in case of any process deviation, non-compliance, market complaints, product failure and product recall. Ensure effective implementation of quality management system as per cGMP and internal regulatory requirement at all the level of manufacturing, warehouse and Engineering services. Ensure effective control over the environment conditions in manufacturing and other related activities which adversely affect the product quality. Prepare plans for man/ equipment management. Coordinate with engineering for effective implementation of engineering system. Focus on product yield, and productivity. Budget monitoring and control. People management (responsibility for leading, motivation, training and developing the subordinates). Set annual goals for the team, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improved performance. To ensure the training of the department personnel carried out and adapted according to the need. To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation to obtain the required quality. To approve the instructions relating to production operations and to ensure their strict implementation: (either by production head and designee only). To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by the authorized person. To ensure qualification and maintenance of his department, premises and equipment. To ensure that the appropriate validations are done. To ensure that the required initials and continuing training of his department personnel is carried out and adapted according to the need.
