What is the duration of the contract for the Health and Wellbeing Local Governance Specialist position?

The position requires seven years of combined national and international experience in public institutions and/or international cooperation agencies, specifically in public health projects, health promotion, social determinants of health, and local governance.
What languages are required for this position?
Very good knowledge of Spanish or English is required, along with a working knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of Portuguese or French would be an asset.
