The Health Care Aide provides personal care and performs selected tasks under the direction of Community Care RN Case Managers, ensuring residents' health and well-being in a person-centered environment.
What qualifications are needed to apply for the Health Care Aide position?
Applicants must be graduates of a Health Care Aide program (or a provincial equivalent) with a minimum of 500 hours of theory and practicum, and have experience working with seniors in a community health services setting.
