  • Define the winning strategy and tactics for new business wins.
  • Manages the relationship with overall decision-making responsibility on prospects demonstrating strategic leadership to maintain and develop prospects and inform servicing requirements.
  • Maintain and demonstrate an active pipeline to meet the agreed new business targets.
  • Oversees and maintains SalesForce records to ensure new business prospects/expanded service opportunities and successes can be accurately tracked and reported on.
  • Implement an appropriate communication plan on targeted prospects.
  • Guides the Account Executive on fee agreements and account servicing.
  • Interacts with business leadership, as appropriate, to ensure the client experience meets Lockton standards.
