Responsibilities

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join the multi-disciplinary team in the newly developed Acute Frailty Unit within Ninewells hospital.
  • The Acute Frailty Unit is a 6 bedded short stay patient assessment unit with a high turnover of patients. The aim of the unit is to provide rapid assessment and care for older adults before discharge or transferred to an appropriate ward for further treatment.
