  • Collaborate with the HR business partner to handle staffing and recruitment, providing input on staffing needs and discussing strategies with the Global Head of Laboratories

  • Work with the Global Head of Laboratories to define the strategy and scope of testing capabilities, developing investment proposals to support strategic goals and drive improvements
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving customer issues and claims, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
