  • Serve as the liaison with local and Hub finance departments, ensuring financial processes meet local regulations and PG 2132 guidelines
  • Manage the laboratory’s P&L, aiming for a positive financial outcome and emphasizing cost awareness and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the HR business partner to handle staffing and recruitment, providing input on staffing needs and discussing strategies with the Global Head of Laboratories
  • Ensure smooth laboratory operations by maintaining and continuously upgrading facilities to state-of-the-art standards
  • Work with the Global Head of Laboratories to define the strategy and scope of testing capabilities, developing investment proposals to support strategic goals and drive improvements
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving customer issues and claims, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
