Requirements

  • High school graduate (or equivalent)
  • Able to read, write and compute basic math
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in warehouse operations - including RF/HH equipment, forklift, electric pallet jack and stretch-wrap machine.
  • Forklift license is required
  • Working knowledge of computers and applicable systems is required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required
  • Ability to multi-task, quickly transitioning from one function/task to the next.
  • Demonstrates good organizational skills and can prioritize tasks
  • Works with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Deliver batteries to customers on a timely basis and in a safe and professional manner
  • Handle all product per the warehouse standards.
  • Follow all Environmental Health and Safety rules and policies
  • Load and unload trucks safely
  • Ensure batteries are charged, cleaned and dated, and that stock is rewrapped after rotation.
  • Accurately complete reports and claims
  • Interact professionally with all stakeholders including team members, managers and customers.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
