What is the duration of the Graduate Programme?
The Graduate Programme lasts for 2 years, consisting of two 12-month placements.
What type of degree do I need to apply for the Graduate Programme?
You need a degree in Hotel, Leisure, Tourism, or International Hospitality.
Are there any specific work experiences required before applying?
Ideally, you should have prior experience in Hotel, Leisure, or Tourism operational areas, including skills in Food & Beverage, Front Office, Kitchen, and Banqueting.
What are the main responsibilities during the Graduate Programme?
You will be exposed to various hotel operations and aim to take on DM or Supervisor responsibilities within the first 3 months.
When does the application process close?
Applications close in May 2025.
What is the selection process for applicants?
The selection process includes a 2-step process: an assessment centre and, if successful, a final interview with the GM of your placement hotel.
When can successful applicants expect to start?
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to start in August/September 2025.
