Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining the HR database and the data contained as the single source of truth for the MEH JV team. Undertaking regular audits to ensure that the data contained is correct and up to date.
  • Assisting with HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, arranging exit interviews, opt out tracking and internal movements etc.
  • Assisting with the recording of white-collar overtime on a weekly basis.
  • Assisting with the management of the maintenance of the HR Mailbox, allocating emails to the appropriate person if unable to deal with directly.
  • Responsible for coordinating the desk at multiple locations.
  • Supporting the PULSE team, coordinating activities as required.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of MEH Alliance App database – updating leavers, starters and movements as well as being responsible for appropriate content.
  • Assisting the Health Surveillance Coordinators with Fit Certificates and 1 to 1 follow ups.
