Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process with the Recruitment Manager.
  • Onboarding: Prepare offer paperwork, draft contracts, and deliver new hire inductions to help every new team member feel welcomed and informed.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Draft contractual changes, manage reference checks, and maintain electronic HR files and our SharePoint site.
  • Payroll Administration: Keep the payroll tracker accurate and up-to-date, ensuring everything is ready for processing.
  • General HR Administration: Work closely with our HR team, monitor and respond to HR queries, manage our HR system (HiBob), and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
