Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders in the assigned client group / location to understand the people requirements and implications of business projects, initiatives and action plans and turn them into people priorities, HR solutions and action plans.
  • Exert influence to create positive change and proactively mitigate and resolve employee issues.
  • Streamline processes and best practices for the client group / location such as communications, stay and exit surveys, and the new hire process.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees concerning employee engagement, performance management, career development, talent assessment and retention.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in the planning and execution of various HR programs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Consult and advise on succession planning, talent review and driving the annual compensation planning cycle.
  • Assist with the transformational change and communication efforts by providing consultative support to leaders to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Support the implementation of programs and processes within client groups; including performance and compensation, org design, assessments, talent development and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).
