What education is required for this position?
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is required. Alternatively, a high school degree or GED combined with two years of experience and four years as an HR Generalist can also be acceptable.
How much professional HR experience is needed?
A minimum of two years of professional HR experience in roles such as HR Generalist, employee relations, or talent acquisition is required.
Is extensive travel required for this position?
Yes, extensive travel is required as part of the job conditions.
What knowledge and skills are preferred for applicants?
Preferred qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, time management and organizational skills, knowledge of state and federal employment laws, and the ability to develop effective solutions to HR-related problems.
