  • Serve as primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to associates
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition COE to oversee and ensure high-quality diverse talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide an excellent onboarding experience including orientation
  • Oversee and manage the use of performance management to create a high-performing organization
  • Assist with implementing and embedding Regal Rexnord talent initiatives within the IPS Commercial
  • Develop action plans and partner with leadership in being accountable for culture and engagement progress
  • Champion an inclusive environment that values diversity
  • Partner with Division HR on talent processes
  • Manage various HR projects for the segment that contribute to our strategic objectives
  • Partner with division HR on Employee Relations issues and investigations
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within our HR systems
