  • Partners with business leaders and HR colleagues to support the development of comprehensive strategic workforce plans designed to ensure global functions have the talent and organizational capabilities required to achieve both short-term and longer-term business objectives
  • Supports efforts to establish a talent management process designed to ensure a robust leadership pipeline exists for critical leadership roles across the global functions

  • Resolves employee relations issues at senior levels of the organization when escalated from MyHR (Employee Relations team)
  • Conducts sensitive investigations at leadership level when appropriate
  • Collaborates with the Total Rewards team to ensure competitive market pay and incentives and retention packages are effective in meeting business needs
  • Provide senior management with analytical information and insights (employee metrics, turnover reports, survey information, pay equity, and compensation information) to facilitate business decisions
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends, benchmarks and applicable employment legislation and laws to ensure compliance
