Responsibilities

  • Reporting to our HRD, you will work with the stakeholders to integrate the human resources function within the overall business strategy and act as a trusted adviser on organisational structure and effectiveness.
  • You will be responsible for providing HR guidance, advice and support to managers and employees, therein supporting the People Strategy towards cultivating a high-performing team in line with the Maison strategy and standards of excellence.
  • Act as HR Business Partner of proximity for the business and team members, establishing trustful relationships and being present on the ground with the office and boutique teams.
  • Guide, advise and support managers in improving ways of working, advising on legal and HR change process, timelines, and sensitively managing people implications.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and managers, to ensure sharp talent attraction, acquisition and capabilities across the organization by facilitating recruitment strategy that reflects brand values and guiding principles.
  • Manage the overall Talent Management cycle including Talent Review and Succession Planning sessions.
  • Manage the salary cycle process and plan staff cost budgets while working on cost controlling measures in cooperation with dedicated Van Cleef & Arpels controlling team.
  • Work in close collaboration with local and European stakeholders and create an inspiring working environment in line with local legislation and works council agreements if required.
  • Participate in ad-hoc European HR-related projects as a representative for your market, contributing to a successful local implementation as per the Maison strategy whilst ensuring alignment with the local needs & framework.
