  • Resultaatgericht: je zet strategische initiatieven en verbeteringen effectief om in meetbare verbeteringen in KPI’s, verzuimreductie, talentontwikkeling en andere HR-doelstellingen.
  • Flexibiliteit: je schakelt continu tussen strategische plannen, ad-hoc HR vraagstukken en diverse locaties om de operatie optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Organisatiesensitiviteit: je begrijpt de dynamiek binnen verschillende regio’s, typen winkels en teams en speelt met passend advies in op tactisch/strategische en operationele behoeften, belangen van stakeholders en organisatieveranderingen.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: je werkt samen met filiaalmanagers, regiomanagers en andere partijen om draagvlak te creëren en gezamenlijke doelen te behalen.
  • Dienstverlenend: je biedt proactief ondersteuning aan managers en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd HR advies, coaching en praktische oplossingen afgestemd op hun specifieke behoeften.
  • Analytisch vermogen: je analyseert gegevens en trends, zoals KPI’s en verzuimrapportages en adviseert met gerichte verbetervoorstellen.

Responsibilities

  • HR beheer voor de winkels: je bent verantwoordelijk voor HR binnen de regio’s Rotterdam en Den Haag. Je bezoekt wekelijks alleen of samen met de regiomanager verschillende winkels. Ook werk je regelmatig een dag op de HR afdeling op ons kantoor in Amsterdam.
  • Operationele ondersteuning: je ondersteunt bij complexe HR zaken, waaronder ontslagprocedures, juridische vraagstukken, en het opstellen van brieven of VSO’s.
  • Strategisch advies: je bent de sparringpartner voor jouw regiomanagers voor de uitvoering van HR-strategie, duurzame inzetbaarheid, en verandermanagement.
  • Coaching en ontwikkeling: je houdt je bezig met talentontwikkeling, coacht op gedrag, en adviseert bij ontwikkel- en verbeterplannen.
  • Verzuimmanagement: je geeft adviezen bij complexe verzuimcases, monitort trends, en zorgt voor passende interventies.
  • Projectmanagement: je werkt mee aan strategische HR-projecten zoals onboarding, leiderschap en klantbeleving.
  • Ad-hoc ondersteuning: je bent flexibel beschikbaar voor vragen vanuit de business, handelt adequaat bij calamiteiten en adviseert bij HR-uitdagingen in de winkels.
