Responsibilities

  • Werde Teil unseres Human Resources Teams und verantworte die Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden standortübergreifend im eigenen Betreuungsbereich.
  • Du bist für die gesamte Vielfalt der HR-Prozesse in einem spannenden Umfeld zuständig. Dazu gehören die Personalplanung, das Recruiting, die Personalentwicklung, Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen sowie Personalfreisetzungen. Außerdem berätst sowie unterstützt du die Fach- und Führungskräfte in allen HR-Themen, bei organisatorischen Veränderungsprozessen sowie bei arbeitsrechtlichen Aspekten.
  • Als HR Business Partner:in hast du die Entwicklung des Business im Blick, übersetzt gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften deines Betreuungsbereichs HR-spezifische Anforderungen in konkrete kundenorientierte Aktivitäten. Diese setzt du in Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern eigenverantwortlich um.
