Responsibilities

  • Business planning across HR, linking team delivery plans, workforce planning and finance implications.
  • Act as the HR representative for the HMCTS corporate business plan, considering key HR milestones, ensuring controls are in place and updating any mitigations as required.
  • Lead of the workforce planning across HR, submitting the FTE workbook returns on behalf of the HR Directors Office to ensure they reflect current workforce data and highlight budget implications.
  • Manage, review, and evaluate the HR Dashboard. In so doing you will have detailed knowledge of the major work strands across the whole HR function and will highlight key issues to the HR Director and Deputy Directors.
  • Managing the HR risk register and corporate risk register, ensuring actions to mitigate the risks are updated and managed effectively
  • The development of reporting products within HR, utilising appropriate tools and techniques for managing projects and activities.
  • Review the delivery and implementation plan against the strategic outcomes of the People and Culture Strategy.
  • Deputising for the Grade 7 Head of Office to the HR Director.
  • Ad hoc commissions and projects when required.
  • Role model excellent professional behaviours and HMCTS values at all times.
