Requirements

  • • Experience with SuccessFactors, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Enterprise Reporting tools
  • • 2+ years’ experience with completion and accuracy of Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance
  • • Experience or familiarity with I-9 Express or similar
  • • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • • Advanced working knowledge of Excel formulas including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for data management analysis
  • • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to gather input, develop solutions, influence outcomes and garner support from all levels of the organization while managing a complex set of stakeholders
  • • Willing to work in a frequently changing regulatory environment
  • • Able to assess implications of new information apply to appropriate processes
  • • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Support compliance efforts in administration of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations and requirements per the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)
  • Support the annual AAP process and execution including submission and certification of completed AAP’s
  • Prepare, analyze and submit data for federal and state reporting, including VETS 4212, EEO-1, and California and Illinois Pay Data reporting
  • Assist with the development and training for HR to support compliance processes. Stay updated on regulatory activities of the Department of Labor (EEOC and OFCCP)
  • Assist with the preparation, verification and submittal of data and materials for OFCCP audits
  • Assist with the design and implementation of processes and tools to meet Nestlé practices, federal contractor, and legal requirements
  • Generate and analyze compliance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist field HR and I-9 section 2 completers with I-9 support, training and system administration
  • Assist the HR Compliance team with HR initiatives and compliance projects, providing project support as needed
  • Support with vendor management and distribution of required posters to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and answer questions, including working with Legal, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and other HR teams
  • Assist with internal audit preparation (CARE) with administrative scheduling, training and day of audit support
  • Perform other duties as assigned
