  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records to identify potential areas of non-compliance. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports, documentation, and records as required for internal and external review. Partner closely with the HR team, legal counsel, and business leaders to proactively address compliance concerns and implement best practices.
