Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and contributing to projects to support the People Partner team goals and plans.
  • Support the US People Partners in People change projects.
  • Ensure accurate data quality for audits and reporting.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and daily support to department managers to manage and resolve people issues (team changes, employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, change management plans), ensuring all actions conform to regulatory/ legislative requirements.
  • Assist the US People Partner team in implementing programs and policies throughout the businesses they support through communications planning, project management, data gathering and analysis.
  • Partner with COEs for issue resolutions, including employee relations, legal, and self-service through ServiceNow.
  • Provide procedure guidance to employees and management.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in improving HR processes.
  • Work with Employee Relations and serve as the primary liaison with business/areas on ER matters, such as performance issues, accommodations, policy violations, job eliminations, escalating up to Sr or Global People Partners.
  • Provide administrative and tactical support to the US People Partners. Partner with other areas of HR (total rewards, recruiting, TM/LD, HR Services) to improve processes and encourage collaboration.
