Requirements

  • ¨ At least one years previous human resources experience
  • ¨ High School diploma or equivalent
  • ¨ Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • ¨ General knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
  • ¨ Proven experience handling worker’s compensation and other medical leave of absence claims
  • ¨ Proven experience in managing vacation/sick time requests and approvals
  • ¨ Experience in coordinating new hire orientations and other training classes for associates and leadership
  • ¨ Experience with marketing and event planning
  • ¨ Experience with preparing payroll information

Responsibilities

  • To provide support for Associate Services Center
  • Act as liaison for all associates.
  • Act as a back-up to participate in stand-up meetings with managers and conduct morning stand up meeting in Associate Services.
  • Develop associate communications network within the resort, via bulletin boards, department communication boards, posters and flyers.
  • Participates in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Associate Services Department.
  • Maintain filing of all related associate forms and ensure all are secured to meet HiPPA & PCI requirements.
  • Prepare weekly Power of One & updates
  • Monitor & update notice boards at entrance & legends and email to remote locations.
  • Monitor ASC messages & shared email folders
  • Tracking and routing approvals to Payroll and providing associates information to Lincoln Financial Management
  • Coordinate & setup New Hire Orientation & other leadership training events
  • Enter sign in sheets
  • Enter certifications onto Ultipro
  • Maintain logs of Safety Training
  • Works with departmental management to ensure that Safety Training is alive and well in departmental meetings, stand up meetings, and in the consciousness of each hotel associate.
  • Represents ASC on Safety Committee with monthly meetings.
  • Assist the DASC to Coordinate the meeting rooms, vendors and all activities associated with the Wellness Fair
  • Communicate & arrange BEO for associate events.
  • Maintain & organize file room ensuring that paperwork is easily located and is secured
  • Assist with Career Fairs, New hire entry in Ultipro
  • Assist with any monthly associates functions
