Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Help develop, implement, and administer human resources programs, policies, processes, and procedures designed to attract and retain in alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Perform assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within HR.
  • Analyze possible HR solutions using standard procedures.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Partner with leadership to address business needs.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with other human resources groups within KBR.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Keep abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • All other job duties as required.
