Responsibilities

  • Daily phone and video interaction with associates and store leadership team including capturing concerns, gathering appropriate detail, and answering questions related to policies and procedures.
  • Resolve associate concerns as documented through the Associate Relations Helpline and email inbox hotline within 7 business days of receipt
  • Diagnose and triage associate concerns and take appropriate action
  • Interact with cross functional partners and various levels of leadership to come to appropriate resolution on associate inquiries and concerns
  • Perform and track engagement assessments as needed to gauge overall wellbeing of store associates throughout the US and Canada
  • Assist in Ethics investigations in partnership with Senior AR Specialists
  • Assist in resolving all escalated inquiries from the stores’ leaders on attendance and leave of absence
  • Identify and inform AR Team about trends across company or specific region/district. Propose solutions.
  • Ownership of the Accommodation Request Process, including interactive conversation with associate and store as needed
  • Serve as first point of contact for legal inquiries including EEOC claims
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with cross functional home office partners to support solution-oriented actions
  • Serve as communication and technology liaison and troubleshooter for the AR team to seek immediate resolutions.
  • Coordinate all details of setting up meetings as needed
  • Maintain and continue to improve team’s internal resources (i.e. Sharepoint)
  • Provide reporting as needed including, but not limited to, escalated care situations, associate relations trends, and Ethics cases
  • Own agendas for weekly team meetings, capture relevant notes
  • Make recommendations for process improvements
  • Support the AR Team with ad hoc requests
