  • Address employee issues, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in these diverse care environments.
  • Administer HR programs and assist with special projects related to accreditation and expansion efforts, among other things.
  • Utilize HR technology tools to streamline processes, track data, and support various HR initiatives.
