Responsibilities

  • Als HR Generalist bearbeitest Du alle administrativen Prozesse, die bei der Betreuung unserer Retailmärkte in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz sowie in unserem Headquarter in Hamburg entstehen
  • Unseren Store- und Regional Sales ManagerInnen stehst Du bei Fragen zu arbeitsvertraglichen Regelungen oder sonstigen personalrelevanten Dokumenten mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
  • Die Erstellung, Versendung und Archivierung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zusatzvereinbarungen, Bestätigungen und Zeugnissen laufen über Deinen Tisch
  • Du bearbeitest Kündigungen und stellst sicher, dass alle austrittsrelevanten Prozesse erledigt sind
  • Die Datenpflege und das Datenmonitoring in unserem People Portal (SAP Success Factor) gehört ebenfalls zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Payroll Team, dem Recruiting und den HR Business PartnerInnen hältst du alle HR-Prozesse am Laufen
