Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, retirees and managers regarding HR inquiries, such as benefits, retirement, Workday and HR policies.
  • Provide accurate, timely responses to inquiries through phone, email, text, and the HR ticketing system.
  • Assist employees and stakeholders with benefits-related inquiries, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave of absence processes.
  • Support the annual benefits enrollment process, including responding to employee questions and ensuring employees understand their options.
  • Conduct new hire welcome paperwork and present during new hire orientation.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and document inquiries and resolutions in the HR ticketing system.
  • Maintain compliance with I-9, personnel files, and E-Verify.
  • Participate and identify process improvement projects, standardization and simplification of HR processes.
  • Assist functional HR teams with system configuration and testing during semi-annual releases and annual processes.
  • Process unemployment claims and verifications of employment.
  • Process and monitor HRIS audits, reconciliation, and workflows in Workday and Oracle.
