Responsibilities

  • Assist HRBPs in the planning of HR initiatives, ensuring smooth project management and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and enhanced cohesion within the HRBP group by analyzing processes, streamlining workflows, and promoting collaboration to lead efficiency and consistency.
  • Support offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and coordinating with partners to provide a seamless experience for exiting employees.
  • Be the main point of contact with the HR Solutions team for system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution while assisting employees and partners with solutions or escalations.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and dashboards to track metrics and ensure data accuracy.
  • Conduct monthly headcount reconciliation reviews and share insights with client groups.
  • Create ad-hoc reports based on needs.
