Responsibilities

  • This role will be part of the team that will be responsible for providing employees HR support in the UK region, taking over work currently handled by an outsourced provider.
  • This position will also be responsible for the weekly employee onboarding activities, documentation, maintaining employee personal files.
  • The team will provide support to employees by responding to employee generated cases, chat sessions and phone calls.
  • The role will also provide administrative support with the Retirals Benefit vendor as well as the Onboarding activities in India.
  • Liaising with the employees and the retrials benefit vendor on a regular basis.
  • Providing administrative support to the employees for their Medical Hospitalization benefit and also liaison with the Benefits Vendor.
  • The HR Representative role will be part of a team that serves as the first point of contact for Amex GBT employees that have HR related questions.
