Responsibilities

  • Ensure total rewards strategies are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals, internal framework and local legislation.
  • Participate in the preparation of the quarterly and annual company and departmental salary budgets for employment costs forecast. P&L deviation analysis and accruals
  • Analyze and develop comprehensive total reward programs, including base pay, incentives, benefits, and recognition programs according to internal policies in collaboration with external providers
  • Run the merit increase process and non-fixed salary calculation: bonus, commissions, long-term incentives ensuring clarity and fairness aligned with company policies.
  • Develop guidelines and tools for managers to effectively conduct performance reviews and merit assessments
  • Communicate total rewards programs to employees, ensuring understanding and engagement.
  • Stay updated on compensation and benefits trends, laws, and best practices
  • Coordinate executive compensation plans, including short- and long-term incentive plans
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborating with external service providers to oversee payroll and benefits administration. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, tax compliance, and administration of employee benefits programs
  • HRIS/HRM Management: Maintain the company’s HRIS/HRM system ensuring the accurate and efficient capture, storage, retrieval, and reporting of employee data and information
  • HR Data and Analytics: Monitoring, consolidating, and reporting on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, Org charts, and diversity metrics
  • Labor Law: Managing and coordinating labor relations across Iberia with the support of external local law firms. Participate in the development and implementation of labor relations strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives. Guaranteeing adherence to labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
  • Expatriate and International Assignments: Manage the process of expatriate assignments and international transfers, including immigration, work permits, relocation support, and expatriate compensation packages. Collaborating with internal partners and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition for employees working internationally
  • Organizational Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies, processes, and initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization's operations
